Art is an essential component of the STEAM mindset, and Franklin students get weekly visits to a dedicated art space via art lessons with Art Teacher, Mrs. Trosper. In the art room, students learn the difference betwen warm and cool colors, how colors mix, and about more complex concepts like perspective. Art projects come home with the kids in their folders throughout the year, and special drawings and paintings are featured in the "art gallery" during the school's annual STEAM Experience Night.
